Most bridal pieces take 6–8 weeks from final design approval to delivery, depending on complexity and stone availability. Our express studio can turn around select pieces in 3–4 weeks for engagements or last-minute celebrations — ask your consultant when you book.
Every gold, silver, and copper item is independently assayed and hallmarked before it reaches you, and comes with a signed certificate of purity stating the exact karat/fineness. We're happy to show you the assay documentation before you buy.
Pricing is based on the day's metal rate plus labour and stones, itemised transparently in your quotation before any work begins. We accept card, bank transfer, and offer instalment plans for custom bridal orders — ask your consultant for details.
Yes — we ship insured, tracked deliveries across Australia and internationally, including to India, the UK, and the US. Overseas shipping timelines and customs requirements vary by destination; our team will confirm these with you at checkout.
